Beef Fillet

Grassfed fillet medallion served with crispy roast potato, red wine demiglace, béarnaise, chimichurri, and charred broccolini.

Fish

Thai-Malay style white line fish with sticky sweet potato, charred broccolini, aromatic herbs, and fermented black bean chilli oil.
